LARGE FORMAT UV PRINTING
We make large-format prints on the versatile MIMAKI UV UCJV300-160 device, which combines the function of printing and cutting using UV curable ink. The printing and cutting plotter is more than just the possibility to print and cut: it crosses the border and offers universal and versatile use. The Mimaki printer is equipped with white ink for four-layer printing. It creates dazzling backlight panels that “change” color patterns depending on the light source. It prints and cuts labels, stickers, car graphics, packaging templates, etc., all in one device.

- files for printing and contour cutting should be 2-3 mm larger beyond the cutting line
- we print with white color as a full base printed before or after CMYK – this version does not require any special preparation
- there is also the possibility of selective printing and application of varnish to selected elements – then a properly prepared project need to be sent in a vector file

We use Flex foil to mark clothes, this method is mainly used for smaller quantities, because it works well when printing even a single copy. Usually, this type of technology can only cut from a single-color foil, but we can print on this type of material in full color, where the pattern is immediately cut to the designated format. The design is prepared in a vector form (or transformed into it from a raster form), which is then applied to the selected material by heating it in at high temperature on a press.

A customized puck is an unusual gift, a great souvenir and an original sports gadget. We make the imprint in UV technology on the client’s individual request. Regardless of the complexity of the project, our prints are accurate, clear and of very good quality. An additional advantage is the possibility of obtaining a convex shape on selected elements by selectively applying varnish, thus giving it a unique look. Our pucks will work for a wide audience, they can be successfully presented to advertisers, sponsors, foundations or organizers of competitions, leagues, tournaments or events.

UV PRINTING
UV printing is an innovative method that involves printing with special inks on virtually any substrate and fixing the ink placed thereon with UV radiation. This printout is extremely strong, long-lasting and resistant to damage. It is also characterized by good quality and unique aesthetics, which allows for brilliantly reproduced vivid colors and very high-quality graphics. UV printing technology allows us to carry out even the most sophisticated orders, what’s more, printing in this technology encourages us to experiment and look for new, non-standard printing possibilities.
We have a multi-task Mimaki UJF-7151 Plus wide-format printer, which allows printing on a variety of materials with a width of 700 mm and a height of 500 mm and thickness up to 150 mm, where the new UV-LED system controls the lamp power and exposure time, thus ensuring better print quality.
